"Maskhead," a disfigured, burned, and bandaged hulking psycho who wears a sharp, metal wired headgear and tortures and kills the "bad apples" of fetish-actors in various brutal, gory, and horrendous ways. Neck breaking, crotch stapling, arm breaking, stabbing, sawing, head bashing, among other things, are what ensue.
